Open A Case With Case

All Wars are Follies, very expensive, and very mischievous ones. When will Mankind be convinced of this, and agree to settle their Differences by Arbitration? Were they to do it, even by the Cast of a Dye, it would be better than by Fighting and destroying each other.

– Benjamin Franklin, Letter to Mary Hewson
(27 January 1783).

Your Justice Is Our Priority

Thomas Jefferson wrote, “The most sacred of the duties of government [is] to do equal and impartial justice to all its citizens.” The Court of Arbitration for Space Enterprise (CASE) does the same to ensure the rule of justice for all bona fide space actors around the world including international organizations, national space agencies, private companies, and new space entrepreneurs. CASE is the world’s leading arbitral institution for the new space industry. Since 2019, we have been building our infrastructure and capacity to help the global space community resolve difficulties in international commercial and business disputes to support trade, investment, and innovation. In doing this, we perform an essential role by providing individuals, businesses, and governments alike with a variety of customizable services for every stage of their dispute.

CASE’s Primary Mission

Our purpose is to ensure proper application of the Rules provided for by the Chamber of Space Commerce, as well as assist parties and arbitrators in fulfilling their duties.
